The Dairy Farm

We went to the dairy farm down the road a few days ago. The kids got to do some activity's, feed the cows and calfs, and see how a dairy farm works. We also brought home some chocolate milk from their little store.

This is where we have been spending most of our time this summer. Caleb and Silas love the water. Caleb has learned how to swim underwater, but he still has to stay where he can touch so he can get a breath. Silas just likes to jump off the side. I'm so glad we have the pool just right down the street.

We had Caleb's 5th Birthday party. Can you beleive he is already 5! He had a lot of fun. We had all of the neighborhood kids over and our families. He wanted a baseball theme party. We grilled out hotdogs and had peanuts and popcorn.

Caleb had his preschool graduation Tuesday night. I can't beleive he will be going to kindergarten this fall. He is growing up so fast and Silas is right behind him.

Two Wheeler!

Caleb decided to take his training wheels off his bike this weekend. It only took him a few trys before he was riding up and down the street on his own. He still needs a little practice stopping. He just draggs his feet and then hops off. He'll be a pro by the end of the summer.

We went to the Renaissance Festival in Triune this weekend. It was lots of fun. The kids loved seeing all the people dressed up and the shows. There was everything from jugglers to gypsies.

We have now entered the world of going to ball games every Saturday. Caleb is really enjoying playing T-ball. His team is the Spring Hill Gold Stars. It's a lot of fun to watch. Most of the kids don't even know where first base is, but every game gets a little better. Caleb is already talking about playing on the summer league.
